Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Used, washed, altered, or worn items
  • Innerwear, socks, or personal-use fashion products
  • Products without original tags or packaging

4. Exchange Policy

If the delivered product has a size issue, customers may request an exchange subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be made within the specified return period.

Customers are responsible for return courier charges unless the mistake was made by GetUp Lifestyle BD.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

Refunds will be processed within 1–10 business days after approval.

For prepaid orders canceled by customers, payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

8. Same-Day & Express Delivery

Same-day or next-day delivery services may be available only for selected products and selected areas inside Dhaka city.

Orders placed before the specified cut-off time may qualify for express delivery depending on stock availability and operational conditions.

9. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to an error by GetUp Lifestyle BD, replacement delivery charges will be covered by us.
  • For size exchanges or customer preference-related returns, customers may need to bear applicable courier or shipping charges.

All orders are subject to product availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, customers may choose to:
